My Local Neighbors

 - Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage - The staff, and friends I made there, were the greatest support through school.  Check out their student clinic today and help support the young massage therapists in the area.  Student sessions starting at $35 for a (50) minute massage!

Bonzai! -  This is my favorite stop for a MistleToe Roll and some Saki to complete the evening.  Make sure to say hello to Nick Gram, owner and chef, behind the bar preparing your meal by hand.

- Abundance Co-op - Nestled down Marshall Street, off Monroe Ave, a true Rochesterian knows where to find all their organic needs.  Love their soaps, laundry detergent and homemade energy-nibs!  Their employees, many of whom volunteer their time, are kind, courteous, and will help you with whatever you need.

- East Avenue Chiropractic - Dr. Joshua Rittenburg has been my #1 go-to for my self-care.  After having dealt with reconstructive knee surgery and a memorable bicycle accident, he has kept me going by helping me re-establish a structural balance within myself.

- East Avenue Dentistry - Aaron and his father have their own practice located right by East Ave Wegmans.  This family run business has a peaceful atmosphere, awesome staff and massage chairs to relax in!!

- The Good Food Collective - Become a share-holder today!  This local group is supported by an amazing collective of friends and family members.  Being a share-holder, you have weekly access to multiple pick-up points, and a shmorgis-board of delicious, organic, and locally grown produce.  Your support through them keeps our local farmers green and still going strong.
